1. Parties and implementation
The Andega.pro site is managed by Sahdan Kiat Andega as an independent service provider. The terms Andega, we, and the provider refer to such administrators; The client refers to the authorized ordering party. Service contact: hello@andega.pro.
These Terms govern the use of the site and constitute the basic conditions for proposals referring to them. Sending an inquiry or trying a demo does not automatically result in a paid order. The project contract begins after the scope, costs, schedule and conditions are agreed in writing and the kickoff requirements are met.
2. Order of documents
For projects, the most recently approved change document and proposal or Statement of Work specifically set out the details. NDAs provide for confidentiality; The provisions of this site complement the sections that are not specifically regulated. There are no provisions that remove mandatory rights according to law. Changes to scope, cost, or schedule require the approval of both parties.
3. Account and permitted uses
- Provide accurate information and use an email that you can access. Don't share OTPs or login links.
- Access only projects and data that are within your authority. Testing other accounts' access, tampering with the system, planting malware, spamming, or carrying out unlawful activities is prohibited.
- The client is responsible for the authority to give instructions and the rights to use the material provided. Do not upload passwords, sensitive data, or trade secrets to the demo.
- Access may be restricted if there are suspected abuses or security incidents. Notice and opportunities for clarification are provided to the extent safe and permitted by law.
4. Scope, price and payment
The job default is a fixed price per approved scope. Public prices, if any, are indicative until confirmed in the proposal. The offer specifies currency, deliverables, exclusions, as well as any relevant taxes or additional fees.
Payment default: 50% down payment for schedule and kickoff reservations; the remaining 50% after the results are ready to be reviewed and before production publication or submission of final files. Fees for domains, hosting, fonts, premium assets, subscriptions, and third party services are separate unless written included. No additional costs will be made without approval.
The site does not currently accept automatic payments. The official method, recipient details and invoice are confirmed via project communications. Verify account change requests through known contacts.
5. Revision and change of work
The default includes two rounds of consolidated revisions at each design stage called for in the proposal. One round means one list of feedback sent at once by the PIC client. Revisions improve results in the approved brief; not adding new pages, features, key concepts, or integrations.
Changes outside the scope are made as change requests with cost and time impacts that must be approved before being carried out. Correction of implementation errors against specifications does not count as a design revision.
6. Schedules, feedback, and delays
Work dates begin once the DP, brief, and kickoff requirements are received. The timeline is an estimate until the schedule is confirmed in writing. The client appoints one PIC and is expected to send consolidated feedback within five working days of the review request.
Delays in content, access, approval, or scope changes can shift the schedule proportionally. After 14 calendar days without a response, the project can be paused with notification. Continuation follows schedule availability; restart fees can only apply if agreed in writing, not automatically charged.
7. Review, acceptance, and handover
Andega provides the opportunity to review the agreed deliverables and checklist. Client reports specific nonconformities. The client's silence does not automatically constitute final approval. Publication and handover are carried out after written approval and payment due.
Handover includes final files and access mentioned in the proposal. Exploration files, rejected drafts, third party sources, and internal tools are not automatically included. The domain and hosting account should be owned by the client, with limited collaborator access for implementation.
8. Copyright and publication
After full payment, the rights to the final custom results are transferred or licensed to the client according to the proposal. Existing generic components, tools, frameworks, fonts, and third-party assets remain subject to their rights and licenses. The scope of source code ownership is explained before kickoff.
Client material remains the property of the client or its rights holder. Publication of a client's name, logo, project results or case studies by Andega requires written approval and complies with the NDA. Work labeled concept on the site is an illustrative exploration, not proof of work for a specific client.
9. Support and external services
Default bug support is 14 calendar days from launch or final handover, whichever is agreed to be the start of support. The scope is a reproducible error correction against the approved scope. New features, content changes, redesigns, major vendor updates, as well as damage due to changes by other parties require additional scope.
Maintenance, uptime SLA, SEO ranking, sales conversion, risk-free security, and 24 hour support are not promised unless specifically agreed upon. External providers will help diagnose disorders according to the scope, but the recovery time is outside Andega's direct control.
10. Cancellation and refund
Cancellation requests are sent in writing to hello@andega.pro. Payment is calculated against work already performed and third party costs that cannot be recovered and have been agreed upon. Remaining funds for work that has not been carried out are refunded according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy. DP is not automatically forfeited just because it is called DP.
11. Confidentiality, risks and circumstances beyond control
Nonpublic project information is maintained and used only for agreed work. Specific NDA terms apply when signed. Use of a demo does not create an automatic NDA.
The parties will use reasonable efforts to prevent losses and report problems. Disruptions beyond reasonable control may result in schedule adjustments upon notice. If work cannot continue, the parties settle deliverables and proportionate payments. Limitations of liability are to be read in conjunction with the Limitations of Liability page and do not exclude liabilities that may not be limited by law.
12. Complaints, laws, and changes
File a complaint via email with the project identity, problem description, and expected results. We target confirmation within three working days and first seek a resolution through deliberation. If this is not achieved, the parties can use the settlement mechanisms available under Indonesian law; Specific forums are not forced through this page.
The new provisions apply going forward. Ongoing projects remain the version referenced at approval, unless changes are agreed to by both parties or required by law. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain valid to the extent valid.
