01Bagaimana cara memulai?+
Choose a service, fill out a brief in the client workspace, or send an inquiry via the Contact page. Scope, price, schedule and access requirements will be confirmed before the project begins.
02Berapa biayanya?+
Price is determined by the number of pages/screens, feature complexity, integration, and deliverables. Offers are made after a brief; no additional costs are made without approval.
03How is payment made?+
Default DP is 50% after the proposal is approved and the remaining 50% before launch or handover. Automatic payments are not yet active; invoice and payment method confirmed via project contact.
04Berapa kali revisi?+
Two rounds of consolidated revisions per design stage listed in the proposal. New features or directions outside the brief are discussed as scope changes.
05How long will the project take to complete?+
The schedule is determined after the brief, scope and availability are confirmed. Completeness of content and speed of approval affect the timeline. There is no uniform timeline promise for all projects.
06Do you have to use Next.js?+
No. The stack follows the need, such as Next.js for custom applications or WordPress for specific content management needs. Recommendations and fees are decided before kickoff.
07Are design files and source code submitted?+
Deliverables are written in the proposal. Final custom results rights apply after payment as agreed; third party components and assets remain subject to their licenses.
08Can I request an NDA?+
Yes. Request an NDA before confidential discussions. The final document must be agreed upon by the parties; the type name feature in the demo is not yet a verified e-signature service.
09Apakah ada support?+
Default 14 calendar days for bugs against the approved scope, calculated from launch or handover according to the proposal. New features and routine maintenance are separate scopes.
10What if the project is cancelled?+
Payments are calculated against work performed and agreed external costs and are not recoverable. Any remaining unused funds can be returned; see refund policy.
11Is the dashboard live?+
Without Supabase configuration, the dashboard runs as a demo browser. Orders, notes, and approval simulations are not sent to the studio. The banner on the workspace shows the active mode.
12Apakah ada testimoni client?+
The review page will only display testimonials that can be verified and have permission to publish. There are currently no artificial ratings or testimonials.
