1. Information and portfolio

Site information helps understand Andega's approach, services and processes. Examples with concept labels are exploration, not claims of employment for a real brand or guarantee of commercial results. Schedule, costs, deliverables, and technology compatibility are specified in the proposal. There are no guarantees of search engine rankings, sales, or specific business results.

2. Demo, documents and approval

Workspaces without backends are local demos. Notes are not sent chats, sample progress is not real project status, and type names are not verified signatures. The draft NDA does not become an agreement until the parties agree on the final version as well as the identity and method of signing.

The policy page explains Andega's initial terms of service. Suitability of specific contracts, regulated business requirements, and certified signatures will need to be reviewed based on project circumstances; the site does not provide legal advice services.

3. Systems and third parties

Domains, hosting, browsers, frameworks, fonts, licensed assets and other providers are subject to its terms. API disruptions or changes may impact the service. Andega helps within scope, but does not guarantee that third party services are always available or free of vulnerabilities. External links are neither a statement of affiliation nor an endorsement by the brand owner.

4. Risk and responsibility control

Clients are advised to maintain backups and use staging before production changes. Andega remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and any errors it is responsible for under the law. There are no exceptions on this page for fraud, intent, non-excludable violations, or consumer rights that must be protected.

There is no nominal limit for unilateral compensation through the site. If a project requires specific risk limits, these are discussed and agreed to in proportion in the project contract. Report problems immediately so the impact can be minimized.
