Intellectual Property Rights

1. Konten situs

Andega's original designs and content are protected by applicable rights. You can view and share site links for reference. Reselling or claiming works as your own requires permission. Brands, fonts, icons, screenshots and third party materials remain the property of their rights holders; its presence does not indicate affiliation.

2. Custom project results

Rights of use or transfer of rights to the final custom results are described in the proposal and take effect once the agreed upon payment has been completed. The client receives the final results which are included in the deliverables. The proposal should state whether editable design files, source code, documentation, and commercial use licenses are included.

Rejected drafts, explorations, internal tools, and existing generic components are not automatically redirected. Licenses for open source frameworks, fonts, plugins, stock images or other libraries remain valid and cannot be transferred beyond the permission of the owner. Material dependencies are explained at handover.

3. Materials and client accounts

The client ensures that he has the right to provide the text, images, logos, data and access required. The client grants limited permission to Andega to process these materials during the project. This permission is not a transfer of ownership of client materials. The main domain account and subscription service should be in the client's name.

4. Portfolio and confidentiality

Andega requests written permission before publishing project results, client names, or case studies. NDAs and publication embargoes are honored. Portfolio permissions can limit what parts can be displayed and when they can be published. Sensitive information or user data is not included in screenshots.

5. Pelaporan pelanggaran

If you are a rights holder and find material that is alleged to be infringing, contact hello@andega.pro with the identity and authority of the reporter, URL of the material, explanation of rights, and relevant evidence. Reports are reviewed and materials may be restricted during verification. Don't send unnecessary data to other parties.
