1. Maintain project information

Nonpublic project information received is used only to evaluate, approve, and perform work. Access is granted as necessary. Avoid sending trade secrets before the channel, scope of confidentiality, and receiving party have been agreed upon. Don't send credentials via brief or demo.

2. Fill in the NDA that needs to be agreed upon

• The identity and authority of the parties and the purpose of the disclosure.
• Definitions of confidential information, ways of marking, permitted recipients, and security standards.
• Excludes information that is public, obtained lawfully from other sources, or independently developed; legal obligations of disclosure.
• Time period, return or deletion, remaining rights, and problem resolution mechanisms.

3. Draft in the workspace

Workspace provides a draft text as a starting point for discussion. The initial proposed duration of confidentiality is two years, but the final period must be agreed upon by the parties; Data protection or confidentiality obligations that apply under the law are still observed. Drafts do not become automatic NDAs when downloaded or when names are entered.

4. Approval and versioning of documents

The contractual agreement must refer to the final version accessible to the parties and contain sufficient identification. For documents that require a verified e-signature, the provider and identification mechanism will be agreed upon prior to use.

The current version of the app only stores name and time simulations in the browser. There is no identity verification, trusted timestamp, final version hash, server audit trail, or active electronic signature provider yet. Therefore, the simulation is not used as evidence of a production contract.

5. Information requests and incident handling

Contact hello@andega.pro to request an NDA before discussions, limit recipients, or report leaks. Deletion follows applicable retention agreements and obligations. Project data is not published for portfolios without separate permission.
